Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are kept simple. If you change your mind before dispatch, contact us and we’ll cancel the order where possible. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
